Shipping policy

Free US shipping. Every order ships free to addresses in the United States.

Delivery times. Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–14 business days after they ship. Holidays and busy periods can add a few days.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States only.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it before your order ships.
