Refund policy

30-day returns. If your dog's harness isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Free size exchange. Ordered the wrong size? Message us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the correct size free of charge.

How to start a return or exchange. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Conditions. Items should be clean and in the condition you received them. Free gifts don't need to be returned. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds. Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
